San Giusto Castle:
At present the Castle - in which several rooms, including the Sala Caprin, are open to the public -
houses a Museum displaying historical weapons and is regularly used for the staging of exhibitions,
events and, in the summer, open-air shows. |

Cafés of Trieste:
The first Coffee shops were opened in Trieste during the second half of the eighteenth century,
probably following the example of many fashionable places in Venice , but they immediately took on
an unmistakable Viennese connotation in their interior decorations and in the services they offered. |

Trieste and enogastronomy:
From the Austrian tradition, the osmizze have become real and proper attractions for tourists;
these are private Karst homes, which are open only for short periods, where the visitor may taste,
directly at the producers facilities, cold meats, olive oils, different types of cheese and excellent traditional wines:
